Bare-metal GPU nodes are the signature of Oracle's AI infrastructure. Shapes range from single A10 virtual machines up to eight-GPU H100, H200, B200, B300 and GB200/GB300 bare-metal systems and AMD MI300X and MI355X servers, networked with RDMA for supercluster-scale training. L40S and A100 options sit in between for inference and smaller training runs. Alongside raw compute, the OCI Generative AI service hosts foundation models behind managed endpoints, and the broader platform supplies data science notebooks, model deployment, vector search in Oracle Database 23ai and dedicated or sovereign region options for regulated customers. The same services can be delivered inside a customer datacentre through Dedicated Region and Alloy. Enterprises already standardised on Oracle, and AI labs that need very large interconnected clusters, are the main audience. Published list pricing is per GPU-hour; the AMD MI300X shape is quoted at USD 6 per GPU-hour, and smaller A10-class shapes are cheaper but their rates are only exposed through the live price list and cost estimator.
