Pembroke Privacy
Pembroke Privacy's one-day workshop teaches organisational teams AI fundamentals, EU AI Act requirements and practical methods for building an AI governance programme.
This workshop introduces AI concepts and examines how the EU AI Act affects organisational responsibilities. Participants explore risk classification, governance structures, policies, inventories, assessments and lifecycle controls, then develop an implementation roadmap and a 90-day action plan. It is intended for cross-functional teams working in legal, privacy, compliance, risk, technology, security, HR, procurement, operations and audit, as well as managers overseeing AI initiatives. Participants do not need programming experience or prior technical knowledge of AI. Pembroke Privacy delivers the workshop privately to groups of up to 20, either at their premises or through live online sessions. Instruction is combined with discussions, collaborative exercises and organisational case studies. Attendees receive an attendance certificate. What you will learn: • Explain foundational AI concepts to non-technical colleagues. • Classify AI systems by EU AI Act risk tier. • Understand duties assigned to providers, deployers, importers and distributors. • Outline governance arrangements spanning policies, processes, personnel and technology. • Create an initial organisational AI governance implementation roadmap.
