Transcripts are enriched with AI summaries and coaching suggestions in more than 100 languages. Integrations connect to HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, and an MCP server and API let AI agents such as Claude and ChatGPT query meeting content. The company states it is SOC 2 Type II audited and GDPR compliant.
