About

Its Speech to Text APIs support 55+ languages, mid-sentence code-switching, speaker diarization and real-time transcription with sub-one-second latency, and it also offers Voice Agent APIs and text-to-speech. Customers can deploy in the cloud, on-premise or on-device, and integrations include Vapi, Pipecat, LiveKit and Zapier. The company says it grew out of founder Dr. Tony Robinson's pioneering work applying neural networks to speech recognition at Cambridge University; its terms identify Cantab Research Limited, registered in Cambridge, England.
