36ZERO Vision brings deep learning to automotive series production by developing application-specific AI models on a cloud platform. Trained models analyze industrial-camera images autonomously, on-premise and in real time, detecting error patterns and objectively evaluating components. The platform supports changing vehicle models, variants, applications and production conditions, and can complement or replace existing AOI systems through software retrofitting without requiring new hardware investments.
