Overview
Abridge is an ambient AI clinical documentation platform that listens to clinician-patient conversations in real time, identifies clinically relevant information, and produces structured clinical notes directly in the EHR. Its Contextual Reasoning Engine uses EHR context with speech recognition and large language models to draft notes, line up codes, and suggest orders. Abridge integrates natively with Epic, athenahealth, and other major EHRs, and is expanding into nursing documentation and prior authorization workflows.
