Overview
Apache Iceberg is an open table format for huge analytic datasets that provides ACID transactions, schema evolution, time travel, and partition evolution on data lakes. It enables multiple compute engines including Spark, Flink, Trino, and Presto to safely work on the same data. Iceberg is designed for petabyte-scale data lake analytics with fast table scans and concurrent writes.
