Offered by Whale
Coral is Whale's AI assistant for working with company process knowledge. It answers natural-language questions using approved procedures and provides source references. Managers can use it to draft and edit documents, write quizzes, and propose changes that their team reviews before approval. Employees can consult Coral in the Whale app alongside guides and training, or access it from a phone while working away from a desk. Whale's CoPilot browser extension also brings the assistant into web applications. These access options support questions about operational procedures, onboarding, finance tasks, and frontline work without requiring employees to navigate a separate knowledge repository.
