Genia converts architectural drawings in CAD or BIM formats into permit-ready structural designs in three steps: upload and parse drawings, generate and analyze structural layout options, and edit and export the results. Its AI generates hundreds of structural layout options, validates them through structural calculations following relevant building codes, and produces structural drawings, calculation sheets, and material take-offs.
